Hi my name is Suresh Kumar Kurmi or in short Suresh. I completed my post graduation degree i.e. M.Tech (Master of Technology) from IIT GUWAHATI. IITG is one of among premier institute in India for science and technology. I did My specialization under the Electronics and Communication Engineering department (ECE). After completing M.Tech in 2003, I joined Space Applications Centre; a leading research and development centre for Indian space mission payload development center of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), as a Scientist/Engineer. I had worked with the organization till December 2005. I have been working in the field of Microwave Remote Sensing for the ongoing research and development of microwave payload. I joined STMicroelectronics in January 2006. The joint venture between ST and Ericsson Mobile Platform (EMP) formed in july 2008 name STEricsson targetting Mobile Chipset Platform and wireless platforms. I decided to join the joint venture and became employee of the newly created STEricsson. I am still with this organization. My present endeavors include audio and speech coding for the system on chip system product of organization.

I have my research publication on high resolution imaging signal processor "DSP based sliding spotlight synthetic aperture radar processor" (SAR) in international radar symposium, India (IRSI) (IRSI2005). Research oriented carrier is my true hunt and my imperable hunger for the research will remain sole concern during my endeavor.
